City of Aberdeen’s Permit Refund Policy is as follows:  All building permits including Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical will be refunded at 80% if a project has been canceled after the permit has been paid for.  If the Price of a permit was mis-calculated a refund of the difference will be reimbursed.  Partial Refund requests, due to change in job description, will be considered on a case by case basis. Plan reviews are non-refundable.  Once a job has started and inspections have been requested there will be no refunds.
